The Town of Hiram planning board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the Hiram Town Office.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following:
Apple Acres Farm Inc. wishes to expand their store into a sit-down dining room where they can serve food and alcohol serving local beer, cider, and wine to accompany meals. This will not be a "traditional" bar. They will also want to expand the business to include hosting of small weddings on the farm land across the street from the store/restaurant with a catering tent. This would be seasonal with dinner curfew at 9:00 p.m. and weddings at 11:00 p.m.
All property owners within 500 feet of the applicant's property lines have been notified by certified mail of the hearing.
