6/20 Calvary Bible Church Outdoor Benefit Craft Fair
On Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Calvary Bible Church will hold a craft fair on the church lawn. The rain date is June 27, 2026. Vendor registration forms are available on Calvary Bible Church's website. A variety of crafters will be showcased. All proceeds from vendor registrations will benefit SAD55 elementary students for school supplies.

West Baldwin United Methodist Church is offering a scholarship to any senior student graduating in the SAD 55 district in June. MSAD#55 will hold a public budget meeting on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Sacopee Valley Middle School. The purpose of the budget meeting is to vote on the 2026-2027 budget by article. American Legion Auxiliary Scholarship for Female High School Graduates
Applications for the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 123 Scholarship are now available at Sacopee Valley High School and at the Baldwin, Cornish, Hiram, Parsonsfield, and Porter town offices. This scolarship, sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary, is available for High School Graduates from Baldwin, Cornish, Hiram, Parsonsfield, and Porter and is restricted to female students only. Two Maine Schools Crowned Vocabulary Bowl Champions
Sacopee Valley High School earned the top high school honor in Maine, and Wells Junior High School won the middle/elementary category for the state in the Fall 2025 Vocabulary Bowl , the world’s largest academic contest.
