Over the course of the grand opening weekend, January 17th-18th, 2026, local residents, nearby neighbors, and visitors from across Southern Maine came out to welcome  Parsonsfield’s first-ever licensed cannabis dispensary .  The celebration included a ribbon cutting with town supporters, steady foot traffic throughout the day, and a warm, small-town atmosphere that reflected just how invested the community is in seeing locally operated businesses succeed.
