The Limerick Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, starting at 7:00 p.m., at the Limerick Town Hall,

The Board will review an application for Administrative Appeal to the Limerick Zoning Board of Appeals by Walter Smith, represented by Jason B. Dennis, Esq., in reference to the Limerick Code Enforcement officer's decision on September 15, 2020. The decision based on Limerick Shoreland Zoning Ordinance Non-Conforming Structure Reconstruction and Replacement and Principal and Accessory Structures (Deck) at 106 North Shore Drive, Tax Map 10, Lot 11.
