Town of Parsonsfield Seeking Bids for Winter Road Maintenance

The Town of Parsonsfield is seeking bids for winter road maintenance. Contracts are available for both the North and South sections.

Bids must be completed and filed with the Selectboard Office at 634 North Road, Parsonsfield, by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026 in a sealed envelope marked Winter Road Maintenance Bid. Bids received after that time will not be considered

Bids will be opened and read aloud at a meeting of the Selectboard held at the Selectboard's Office on May 18, 2026.

After consideration of all bids, and within seven days after the bids are opened, the Selectboard shall announce their decision. The Selectboard reserves the right to waive all formalities and to reject any and all bids.
