10/22 Public Hearing

The Baldwin Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, prior to the regularly scheduled planning board meeting, for Stay For Good Retreats Minor Subdivision.

Katherine Palmatier has submitted an application to the Baldwin Planning Board for minor subdivision of a 23.42-acre lot (Tax Map 10, Lot 29-G) located at 11 Bliss Road near the intersection of Douglas Hill Road and Saddleback Road.

The public hearing will take place at the Baldwin Town Office Building before the regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting.

Application information is on file at the town office for public review.

The public is encouraged to attend.
