The Town of Cornish Planning Board has been working with the Southern Maine Planning and Development Commission to update and amend the Town of Cornish Land Use and Development Ordinances.
The amendments are completed and have been sent to the Selectmen for review.
The following warrant article will be voted on at the Monday, March 21, 2022 annual town meeting:
To see if the Town will vote to adopt the updated Land Use Ordinance book
A public informational meeting will be held at the Planning Board Workshop on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. and on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
A draft copy of the Land Use Ordinance will be available on the Town's website for review and available at the Town Office, fees will apply.
