The Town of Cornish is requesting proposals for work to be done on Pike Memorial Hall Auditorium to bring up to code and open the balcony.
For proposal requirements, specifications and bid package, please visit the Town Office at 17 Maple Street during regular business hours, check online at: www.cornishme.com or call (207)625-4324 for a bid package to be emailed to you.
Completed proposals on form provided must be delivered to Town Office, clearly marked PIKE HALL PROPOSAL, no later than Monday, October 19, 2020 at 3:00 pm Proposals will be opened at Selectmen’s Meeting on October 21, 2020. Offeror takes full responsibility for making himself/herself familiar with all requirements of work to be done.
The Town has the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part.
