The Town of Hiram is seeking bids on two separate job.
The first job: To do specific construction repairs to the Town Office, Hiram Fire Department, and South Hiram Fire Department; both inside and outside of the buildings.
The second job: To do specific painting and repairs to the Town Office, Town Garage, and Salt Shed.

Bid will be due back to the Hiram Town Office by August 29, 2019, by 3:00 p.m.
Awarded contractor shall supply the Town of Hiram a certificate of insurance showing active liability insurance.
It is understood that this contract bid is an offer only and that the inhabitants of the Town of Hiram, acting through the Municipal Officers, reserves the right to reject any and all offers submitted which are not in the town's best interest as determined by the Municipal Officers.
