A public hearing will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 6:00 PM, at the Town Office to discuss Administrative Appeals Application for Map U-12 / Lot#19.
An administrative appeals application was submitted regarding the Planning Board’s decision to approve the site plan review for MapU-12/ Lot#19. The Zoning Board of Appeals will be reviewing specifically if, of the Land Use & Development Ordinance under shore land district requirements, section 8.C.3.d applies or doesn’t apply to this site plan review.
