A public hearing will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 7:00 PM, at the Parsonsfield Town Office.
The planning board has crafted six articles for land use zoning ordinance regarding Medical Marijuana Facilities. The articles will encompass
the initial opt-in
medical marijuana retail stores
medical marijuana retail dispensaries
medical marijuana testing facilities tier 1 &
testing facilities tier 2
and medical marijuana manufacturing facilities
These articles will be considered for a special town vote that will be set forth by the Select Board. All community members are invited to attend and provide public comment, questions, concerns; etc. A copy of the articles will be available at the town office and posted on the town website.
