9/3 Cornish Special Town Meeting

On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., at Pike Memorial Hall, 17 Maple Street, the Town of Cornish, will hold a special meeting to vote on the following articles:

• Article 1) To elect a Moderator by written ballot to preside at said meeting.

• Article 2) To see if the town will vote to expend a total of $96,155.65 with A) $66,000.00 from undesignated funds, B) raise $30,155.65 to replace all insulation including roof and walls in entirety to remediate condensation issues inside the Fire Station.

• Article 3) To see if the town will vote to rename BR2465 (Little River Bridge) Bridge, located on Maple Street, to "Cornish Veterans Memorial Bridge".

• Article 4) Motion to adjourn.

An informational meeting will take place prior to the Special Town Meeting at 5:00 p.m. at the Pike Memorial Hall.
