The Parsonsfield-Porter Historical Society and The Parsonsfield Union Church Society are pleased to announce a double open house.
The historic 1832 Parsonsfield Old Town House will be open to the public this Saturday, August 15, 2020, from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. The Parsonsfield Union Church, just across the street, will also be open. These buildings are located on Merrill Hill Road near the intersection with Middle Road.
Because of Covid19, there will be no program and no refreshments. There WILL be an opportunity to see the inside of this unique building, see exhibits that pertain to the history of the neighborhood, and take a self-guided cemetery walk in the adjacent cemetery where many of the earliest Parsonsfield settlers were laid to rest.
