7/31 Baldwin Planning Board Meeting

On Thursday, July 31, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m., the Town of Baldwin Planning Board will hold a public meeting at the Baldwin Community Center to discuss a preliminary plan regarding a 7-lot major subdivision application by Andrew Porter for a property on Pigeon Brook Road (Map 5 Lot 44-A).

The public meeting will be followed by a meeting of the Planning Board.

Copies of the application may be view on the Town's website or at the Town Office. The public is welcome to attend.
