7/13 Site Inspection of Parsonsfield 10 Lot Subdivision

Sunday, July 13, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m., the Town of Parsonsfield Planning Board will conduct a site walk of proposed 10-lot subdivision located on Maplecrest and Fenderson Roads (located on Tax Map R13, Lot 72.2).

This On-Site Inspection is in accordance with the Town of Parsonsfield Subdivision Ordinance Article 5 Section 5.4 following the submission of a Subdivision Pre-Application Sketch Plan from:

EP Properties LLC - Map R13, Lot 72. Maplecrest & Fenderson Roads - Proposed 10 Lot Subdivision
