5/21 Parsonsfield Public Hearings

The Town of Parsonsfield Planning Board will hold the following Public Hearings on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Parsonsfield Town Office Building.

• Site Plan Review - Maleia Wilson - 46 Loon Point Road - Map U12, Lot 14 - Shoreland zone - Demolish existing seasonal camp. Build new structure with possible 30% expansion.

• Conditional Use Permit - Silver Therapeutics, of South Portland, LLC- Joshua Ferranto - Map U04, Lot 003 - 18 Federal Road - Change of Use - Commercial Mixed Use to Adult Use Cannabis Store.

• Conditional Use Permit - Rejuvenate CC LLC - Trevor Sanborn - Map U02, Lot 004 - 140 Federal Road - Change of Use - Medical Cannabis Facility to Adult Use Cannabis Store/Adult Use Cannabis Cultivation Facility (Tier Il).

• Conditional Use Permit - ZERO4047, LLC - Christopher Gadomski, Applicant - Map U04, Lot 005 - 24 Federal Road - Change of Use - Daycare to Medical Cannabis Facility/Adult Use Cannabis Store/Adult Use Cannabis Products Manufacturing Facility/Adult Use Cannabis Cultivation Facility (Tier II).

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Planning Board Bylaw RULES Section Ill Meeting Time "No agenda item will be taken up after 9:00 p.m." If any of the above Public Hearings or any new agenda items have not been taken up by the Board by 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 they will be carried over to a Special Meeting called by the Planning Board Chair on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
