The Town of Parsonsfield Planning Board will hold the following Public Hearings on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Parsonsfield Town Office.

• Proposed application for Conditional Use Permit - ZERO4047, LLC - Map R5, Lot 25 - Land Lot (North Road) Medical and Tier Il Adult Use Cannabis Cultivation Facility

• Proposed Subdivision Final Plan Application - EP Properties, LLC - Map R13, Lot 72.2 - Maplecrest & Fenderson Roads - Proposed 10 Lot Subdivision
