On Tuesday, April 13, 2021, the Town of Hiram Planning Board will hold 3 consecutive public hearings at the Hiram Town Office, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meetings are to discuss the request for conditional use permits for:
7:00 p.m. - Daniel Cormier, Tax Map R9 Lot 51A on Hiram Hill, requesting to install a double wide housing unit on his property
7:15 p.m., or immediately following the previous hearing - Harold Bucknell, Tax Map R3 Lot 16E portion of Lot 16 on Durgintown Road, requesting to install a mobile housing unit on his property
7:30 p.m., or immediately following the previous hearing - Anne Morris, Tax Map U13 Lots 3 & 5 on Kimball Pass, requesting to install a mobile housing unit on her property
All property owners within 500 feet of the property lines have been notified by certified mail.
All applications are on file at the town office for public review. You may call the office at (207) 625-4663 to request a copy be mailed to you.
