11/1 Baldwin Site Walk

Sunday, November 1, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., the Town of Baldwin Planning Board will hold a site walk at 31 Wykes Lane, East Baldwin, ME, Map 14, Lot 8, to review an appeal request by Steven Conquest.

Additionally, the Baldwin Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Baldwin Community Center to consider an appeal request by Steven Conquest, 31 Wykes Lane, East Baldwin, ME, Map 14, Lot 8.

The appeal requests that the Baldwin Zoning Board of Appeals grant a variance due to:

Steven Conquest's appeal request for a setback variance at 31 Wyes Lane, East Baldwin, ME, Map 14, Lot 8.

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the Baldwin Zoning Board of Appeals prior to the site walk and public hearing:
