On October 8, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., the Baldwin Planning Board will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to the Baldwin Shoreland Zoning Ordinance, which generally will permit district boundaries to be changed based on data provided by a qualified wetland scientist, subject to the approval of the Code Enforcement Officer for CEO-issued permits or the Planning Board for other situations.
The hearing will be held at the Baldwin Community Center. Face coverings will be required
