Get ready for an evening of soulful harmonies, heartfelt songwriting, and an irresistible blend of folk, blues, rock, and pop when the acclaimed husband-and-wife duo JOHNNYSWIM brings their Greetings from Georgica Pond tour to Stone Mountain Arts Center (SMAC) on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.

The evening begins with doors opening at 4:30 p.m., giving guests time to enjoy a drink, mingle with friends, and relax in SMAC's beautifully restored timber-frame barn. Dinner by reservation, prepared by the famous SMAC Kitchen Crew, is served at 6:00 p.m., followed by the concert at 8:00 p.m.

Made up of singer-songwriters Amanda Sudano Ramirez and Abner Ramirez, JOHNNYSWIM has spent more than a decade building a devoted following with music that feels both deeply personal and universally relatable. Their sound combines the intimacy of traditional singer-songwriter music with soulful vocals, alternative flair, rock energy, and pop sensibility.

JOHNNYSWIM came together in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2005, but the duo’s roots stretch beyond Music City. Amanda Sudano Ramirez was born in Los Angeles, California, and is the daughter of legendary singer Donna Summer and songwriter Bruce Sudano. Abner Ramirez grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, where he studied music at the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. The two met in Nashville and discovered a creative connection that soon blossomed into both a songwriting partnership and a romance. They married in 2009 and have been making music together ever since. Their shared journey, both on and off the stage, continues to inspire the heartfelt songs and soulful harmonies that have become JOHNNYSWIM’s trademark.

Home is a recurring theme in their music, reflecting the life, love, memories, and experiences they share as a couple. Their song “Home” received a major boost in 2014 when Joanna Gaines announced that it would serve as the theme song for HGTV’s hit series Fixer Upper. The duo is also known for songs such as “Diamonds,” along with a collection of critically acclaimed albums that showcase their distinctive sound and emotional storytelling.

Through years of extensive touring, JOHNNYSWIM has connected with audiences around the world, winning fans over with their rich harmonies, soulful anthems, and the kind of onstage chemistry that only comes from two people who share both a life and a love of music. Their songs weave together everyday experiences, dreams, and emotions, creating an intimate musical experience that feels like spending an evening with old friends.
