Saturday, October 19, 2019, starting at 12:00 p.m., is the fabulous Trash Can Turkey Roast, catered by Bald Mountain BBQ, Baldwin - the best turkey and pork fixings you have ever eaten.
The cost of admission is $10 at the door. Left-overs, if any, will be for sale.
There will be a 50/50 raffle, with the winner announced at 1:00 p.m. After the raffle announcement, Great Ossipee Museum will open approximately 1:00 p.m. There you can see exhibits on the schools of Hiram, view period videos, tour the Museum, and reminisce about your school days. And you can help to identify students in photos in their collection and write notes to the long-time teacher and principal of Mt. Cutler School, Eleanor Twitchell, in a school composition notebook, to present to her as a gift from her grateful pupils.
Preceding the Turkey Roast, former students of Mt. Cutler School will gather for a reunion at 10:30 a.m. for coffee and donuts, "meet and greet," and a program beginning at 10:50 a.m., followed by class photographs.
