Sip and Paint is perfect for a date night, a mom's night out, a bachelorette party, a shower, a birthday, or just because!
Something awesome occurs when a group of people get together and feel free to have fun with paint. Add a glass of wine or beer and it is positively festive.
Join us for a fun night of painting! BYOB for this wine Wednesday event featuring a step-by-step instructed locally inspired landscape painting under the direction of local artist, Olivia Benish. Guests will have the opportunity to unwind with friends while unleashing their inner creativity and learning acrylic painting basics. No experience required and all the supplies are provided for this 21+ event. The class fee of $30 includes materials and two tickets toward in-house beverages. Come to learn new techniques, refine your skills, or just let loose. Leave with a finished painting for the living room or a nice gift for a friend.
Artist Bio: Olivia Benish is a local artist and art teacher at the Molly Ockett School. Her artwork is reflective of nature in both the literal and abstract sense shown in acrylic painting on gold leaf, pen and ink drawing, mixed media collage, and photography. Equines and canines are the subjects of many of her paintings and drawings and this love has influenced the creation of her brand, The Pony & The Pooch, which is comprised of high-end stationery on recycled brown kraft paper.
