Parsonsfield-based children’s book author Teresa Pelham recently did a virtual school visit with students at Sacopee Valley Elementary school. Parsonsfield resident Stephen Tibbetts donated 22 copies of Pelham's new paperback book, “Stuey & Veronica,” one for every classroom in the school.
The book is based on a little brown dog’s struggles with anxiety, something many kids are also dealing with. In the book, he meets a kind goat — based on a real goat in Parsonsfield — who helps him find his way.
